MyCat.cz is an on-line information system which you can access from any place with Internet connection. No software needs to be implemented or your IT equipment upgraded. You just start using the service and we’ll take care of everything else.

  • monitoring the attendance of the individual students, classes and courses.

Task management

Díky novému modulu "Task management" můžete nyní vytvářet a přidělovat úkoly a zasílat své požadavky, a to jak svým zaměstnancům, tak i lektorům a studentům. Úkoly jsou termínované a systém sám hlídá, jestli je úkol či požadavek dokončen v termínu, nebo po jeho vypršení.

Přihlašování do aplikace

Z důvodu zvýšení bezpečnosti přihlašování do aplikace byl změněn vzhled i umístění přihlašovacího formuláře. Změna se však netýká jen vzhledu, ale především způsobu přihlašování, které je v tuto chvíli zabezpečeno silnějším kryptovacím algoritmem a také zabezpečeno proti "odposlouchávání".

Nová možnost komunikace

Informační systém MyCat.cz byl rozšířen o novou možnost vzájemné komunikace. Od dnešního dne je všem uživatelům k dispozici nástroj pro zasílání a příjem osobních i skupinových zpráv. Agenda Zprávy je postavena podobně jako e-mailový klient, její ovládání je tedy jednoduché a intuitivní. Cílem tohoto rozšíření je, aby veškerá komunikace, týkající se organizace vzdělávacích aktivit, byla rovněž součástí aplikace, bez nutnosti dohledávat e-maily kdekoliv jinde.

Upgrade a lokalizace IS

Informační systém MyCat.cz prošel rozsáhlou rekonstrukcí, která trvala bezmála půl roku. Změnil se vzhled a uspořádání aplikace, přibyly nové funkce.. Nejvýznamnější změnou je však plná lokalizace informačního systému do angličtiny.
